Venture capital for IT and Biotech companies in Colorado and the Mid-Alantic. Our investments leverage decades long relationships with entrepreneurs and investors. We are investing out of our 7^th fund. We are Late Seed to Series A investors. Typical investment is $1 -$2mm in a round.  We are looking for companies with unique, technology enabled products that serve large and/or growing markets with the right set of dynamics for a new entrant to capture market share. We look for teams that have experience building businesses and who are creating products based on thier own authentic experiences in the markets they serve. We like revenue traction to show customer demand and the nature of the sales process.
