I always loved the people side of business most. My obsession? What motivates people to excel and achieve extraordinary results? How do successful, accomplished DOERS also find balance, well-BEING and peace of mind in their hectic life? What trips them up? What are their blind-spots, negative triggers and limiting beliefs?
So, I retrained, and a decade ago, started supporting my clients as a confidential, 1:1 Coach, sounding board, providing decision support, growing leadership skills, training soft skills and most of all helping them ACE their INNER GAME (which really, that's the #1 key to success).
I LOVE what I do. It serves. My clients include leaders that work at Google, Microsoft, Amazon, T-Mobile. And I love working with leaders in start-ups because those contexts are so uniquely challenging.
My team consists of 5 other coaches, all former executives who hold advanced coaching credentials, which is quite unique in the world of coaching.
As a side gig I'm teach advanced coaching and leadership skills (worldwide - I literally I now have students and clients in places as far as Nigeria, Brazil, Ukraine and Taipei). Yay Zoom. Fun!
