Kristin Steele is a growth-stage executive who thinks like a founder and executes like an operator. She co-founded Doozy Solutions and built Crafted ERP, growing it from zero to the recognized market standard in the craft beverage industry on a bootstrapped budget. A natural visionary and leader, Kristin spent 15+ years working in and around business systems, and that depth of experience has made process and operational thinking second nature. The result is a rare combination: someone who can see where a business needs to go and build the systems, team, and motion to get it there. She currently serves as Group CEO of a three-entity Australian family-office portfolio, and as she completes the work of helping the owners divest two of their businesses, she is beginning to think proactively about her next chapter. She is exploring executive and senior leadership opportunities at growth-stage companies, typically Series A to Series C or the bootstrapped equivalent, where she can install or nurture the scalable processes, repeatable sales motion, and cultural foundation that turn a great product into a great business.
