Let's get together for a B2B Sales Discussion and Social. 

The Discussion begins at 5:45 and the Social starts at 6:45. 

This program primarily targets CEO's, Finance and Sales Leaders. 

Our discussion will focus on companies at different stages and include looking at key metrics such as but not limited to: 

  • Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV)
  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • Conversion Rate
  • Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
  • Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
  • Monthly Active Users (MAU)
  • Total Contract Value (TCV)

The goal of sales operations is to streamline and optimize the sales process, ultimately increasing efficiency and effectiveness. The discussion will focus on process issues around average sales cycle and deal size by size, win rate, loss rate and reasons, key differentiators – your “so what” and “why” as well as topics such as tools like CRM and building and structuring the sales team.
